Screen printer
  Responsible for performing some or all of the duties involved in the screen printing process. This includes designing screen print patterns, preparing screen printing stencils, mixing and loading ink, cleaning machines, troubleshooting technological problems, maintaining screen printing equipment, and drying and folding screen printed items. Also responsible for administrative tasks, such as record keeping of work completed, screen/supply/stock inventory.

•  Working knowledge with the operation, maintenance, repair and adjustment of manual and automated textile presses, flash units, driers, spot remover and exposure units.
• Counting and logging in received goods, preparing them for printing.
• Loading and adjusting garments and screens, press adjustments, inking screens, squeegee selection and test printing.
• Able to mix colors, add thinners, drying retarders, adhesive enhancers and other additives in the proper amount when needed.
• Ability to print with repeatable, positive results--and to anticipate, recognize and fix possible issues with the ink, screens and press.
• Perform quality checks throughout the print run and verify that the proper quantity has been accurately printed before cleaning and breaking down the press for the next job.
• Directly handle or supervise the handling of goods, performs a final count and quality control.
• Fold, pack and prepare the goods for shipping or delivery.
• Screen stretching, screen selection, degreasing, film-emulsion coating, exposure and wash out, as well as cleaning and reclaiming after printing.
• Must also be willing to handle, effectively use and mix the chemicals used in screen printing process. 
• General clean up of area and screens.
• At all times use proper personal safety equipment.
• Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Other tasks as needed.
